Networking Post

Conn3ct You is a unique app with one of a kind software, this app will not only allow you to save dates and times from your Microsoft outlook but it will input dates for exams, quizzes and homework from blackboard into your Google calendar. How? The software will read the dates off syllabi and input them into a calendar that will automatically connect with your Google calendar.
In order to simplify the process of accessing our software online Conn3ctYou will contain the .edu domain name. Also by having the edu domain name we are in a restricted space to provide our customers security. We would have Secure Sockets Layer (https) to further ensure the information of our customers is secure.
In order to make our site even more accessible we will register you.edu. At this moment this site is not register and will provide easy access to our customers. Our site will display the Google academic calendars that have information pulled from blackboard.
The convenience of Conn3ctYou will be a vital focus for our customers as well as our security. The website would combine information from both the Google calendar and blackboard to create a calendar that contain academic and work information. The purpose of this calendar is that it automatically inputs data from blackboard and meetings from email/Google calendar.

  1. I really like the way your blog posts are laid out.It makes them very easy to read and the way you exlplain your motives is very understnable. I think it is very smart to register people for the .edu and have there blackboard material import directly to the calendars. I also like how you expanded this idea to planning for exams an quizzes as well. You can probably even add in a study calendar and lay out hwat times you want to study for what test. Good Job Overall!

  2. I really like this idea! It is extremely practical for college students. Also, I think it is really smart to have it link up directly with blackboard and other University run databases. That way it is all controlled from one easy place. If there was some way to have this connect directly to your smartphone calendar it would be even better.
